AMAZIOGRAPH IOS PRO
I am still using iOS 10.3.3 on an older iPad Pro and the current version of Amaziograph seems to work pretty well for me. I wished I had taken a chance on this app many years earlier when I seen it!

I just decided to download and try this app very recently and I am really liking this drawing/artistic app a lot! Hardcore Trek Tek's Review of Amaziograph Reviewed on 5/20/18 7:13 AM
I’d love it if you planned on fixing these problems soon.Ī wonderful app with seemingly very good support star star star star star Basically that makes this app something I have to leave open just to keep working on a design. *Most recent glitch makes it so my designs save but are unable to be drawn on after because they aren’t visible in the app after I save them and exit this app. *Ease of drawing movement is limited by shape of pattern chosen resulting in touching on one part of the screen but having that touch be registered on a slightly different part of the screen often resulting in sloppy work that has to be re-touched. *Edges of each part of the top, bottom, and sides of the screen are impossible to draw or erase on. You should know from testing this app that it has several very easy to spot design flaws which make using your app hard, frustrating, and often close to impossible to even finish a design. This is to the developers of this app first and foremost. I haven’t gone through your reviews.Ī pattern design app that wants to be pro, but is seriously lacking. Is there anything I can do regain the flawless experience I had earlier?ģ. Please suggest if it’s okay to reinstall app and with no data lossĢ. I want to try deleting app and reinstall it but I am afraid I might lose all my drawings.ġ. Either they are completely deleted or they go blank for certain time and then show up. Later those invisible scribbles done show up on screen and I have erase or undo. When I draw, the canvas freezes and i cannot draw further until few seconds. I contacted apple and they said nothing is wrong with my iPad or pencil but it’s the application. While it worked as expected all this while since a year, I am now having trouble drawing and retrieving my canvases. I love this application and I have drawn over 50-60 patterns and mandalas. I did not see a way to contact you so writing this review. Irtiam's Review of Amaziograph Reviewed on 8/9/18 6:42 PM Great application but lots of bugs star star star star_border star_border I think it’s just a bug, and would love to get it fixed so I can make more finger drawings in between charging my pencil. If that’s intentional for use with the pencil like Procreate can do, that’s fantastic because it’s a feature this program would benefit greatly from. It doesn’t register my hand, or make any changes to the screen. When I try to draw with my finger instead of the Pencil, nothing. I do have one current bug that has never been there before, and it isn’t upsetting me, because I know it’s a bug. I’ve been using this app for about two or three years now, and I’ve only loved it more. I love the new 5.0 edition, the layers, the multiplicative symmetries that you can use together, it’s so fun. I sell prints of mandalas and zentangles, this and Procreate are my favorite apps. So give it a try and see what kind of designs you can come up with. It includes a nice colour mixing option, although that’s a subject we’ll dive into deeper in another post.įinally, it is a fun app at a nice price. This app is also a great way to experiment and play with symmetry and can help you to get a better understanding of how symmetry works. I would have to say though, I learned alot about symmetry from that toy. With so many more options and alot less sheets of paper. This app reminds me of a more sophisticated version of the Spirograph toy that I loved so much as a child. In the video below I walk you through how I create an overlapping design and how I use the different tools available in the app. With the use of the different pen widths and an eraser tool, you can come up with some pretty nice, intricate designs. In addition, I like to change up the number of segments in the grid, and the orientation of grid while drawing a design. To achieve unique and complex drawings the grid options can be changed while you draw.
